We believe it is pointless performing stretches and exercises and training every day if you do not pay any attention to what you eat and how good your sleep quality is.

It’s important to keep your fascia in a healthy elastic state. This helps with pain and athletic performance. Muscle does not function when it’s trapped inside concrete!

Strength and Power

Learn correct technique for fundamental exercises like squats, lunges and deadlifts. We stress the importance of good technique when you are in the gym. Progress to Olympic lifting once you are ready.

Janet will get more speed and power out of your body than you thought possible. Learn how to stretch effectively and how to use a gym without injuring yourself.

Runners, Cyclists, Triathletes, Swimmers, OC Paddlers, Cross Country Skiers. If it involves heavy breathing and requires a large VO2 max then we can help. Chris and Janet both have Sports Science degrees and both have been endurance athletes for decades.
